SUMMARY
In this release, we’ve focused on improving the customer experience by:
- Providing an option to send SR Pay requests via email and other devices on file.
- Showing sent SR Pay requests & their status on the Take Action Calendar.
- Adding an SR Pay online payment link for usage on statements and websites—(Rectangle Health customers only).
- Squashing bugs:
- Intake: Edited form Issues
- Intake: Editing Additional Forms requires new link
- Groups: Incorrect DOB in group.
- Improving security and enhancing the backend.
SR Pay: Option to send via email & other devices on file
Why?
- To increase revenue for practices, we have added the ability to send payment requests via email along with multiple devices at once.
What you need to know:
- When sending an SR Pay request from the quick message system templates in SR Conversations, users can also send an SR Pay request via email.
- Users can send requests to other cellphones and any email addresses on file for the selected patient.
- Emails will be sent using the selected SR Pay template and in the selected language (English or Spanish).
- This feature is not available in SR Conversations Legacy.
Note: The request will still be sent to the device connected to the SR Conversations thread, even if other devices are selected.
SR Pay: Show sent requests & status on Take Action Calendar
Why?
- Offices can track the status of a payment request that is associated with an appointment.
What you need to know:
- To see the status of the payment request on the calendar, users must connect SR Pay requests to an appointment when sending the request in the SR Conversations thread.
- *Coming Soon: Send SR Pay requests from the Take Action Calendar (TACal).
SR Pay: Online Payment URL for Statements & Websites (Rectangle Health only)
Why?
- Practices need an online payment link to add to their websites, statements, etc., to allow their patients to conveniently complete payments to the practice.
What you need to know:
- Only available for Rectangle Health.
- The URL is located in the Pay Settings tab.
- Practices can easily copy the URL to place it on the statements, use it in office materials, and/or create a payment button on their website.
Rebrand: My Account Page
Why?
- We updated the ‘My Account Page’ with clearer product descriptions and our new brand color scheme to be consistent with the rest of the website.
What you need to know:
- Removed the marketplace tile, “Sign-Up Today” buttons, and “Product Details” buttons.
- Added Product Tiles for SR Schedule Pro, Spotlight, Surveys Pro, and Telehealth.
- Updated all of our product icons.
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS
BUGS, IMPROVEMENTS, AND BACKEND
- Intake: Editing Additional Forms requires new link
- Warning modal pops up when an additional form is edited, alerting the user that packets will need to be resent to include updated information.
- Intake: Edited form Issues
- Fixed a bug that was removing edited forms from Intake packets.
- Groups: Incorrect DOB in group
- Fixed a bug that was affecting the birthdate criterion when creating a group.
- Security improvement
- Backend work to upgrade system security.
